"Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten (Ski, Wandern, Radfahren etc. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen hohen Standard. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Der Blick aus dem Wohn-/essberei h ist wunderschön. Haus war bei Ankunft nicht ganz sauber. Die Treppen waren nicht gewischt und deshalb waren noch Dreckreste vorhanden. Heizungsanlage (Fußbodenheizung) war sehr träge und deshalb nicht gut einzustellen."

"This was a fabulous house, very well kitted out, comfortable beds, super & plentiful shower rooms, great kitchen & a lovely garden. To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. The road noise was a bit intrusive particularly at night and the road was incredibly busy but apart from that the location is good. Perhaps having more comfortable furniture in the sitting room would have been nice, it is not a very cosy space. However these...

"Die Stumme der Endreinigung war lange unklar, Rückfragen wurden nicht, oder nur auf mehrmalige Nachfrage beantwortet. Die Kaution habe ich bis heute noch nicht zurückerhalten :-("

"Schön renoviertes Ferienhaus, leider wohl noch nicht komplett fertig. Keine Mülleimer, Handtuch- und Toilettenpapierhalter in den zwei Bädern. Steckdosen weit weg vom Bett, Verlängerungsschnur am Besten mitnehmen. TV oben, in einem kleinen Schlafzimmer, ging nicht, auch gab es dort keine Nachtschränke oder Kleiderschrank. Dafür war das Zimmer einfach zu klein. Obiges Wohnzimmer, auf den Bildern mit schwarzen Ledersofa zu sehen, hatte kein TV und auch keine Schränke. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im...

"Roland was very responsive to questions! Had everything ready for us. Perfect location close to skiing, restaurant, plus ski school right there. Plenty of space for 10 people, even had a few toys out back for my 3y to play with. We would rent again!"

"Gastvrouw loopt voortdurend binnen en buiten. Gepast en niet gepast. 1 douche in badkamer met 2 lavabo’s altijd maar 1 iemand kan die zich verfrissen. Geen warm water ook na herhaaldelijk melden! Gastvrouw wil badkamer binnen gaan terwijl er iemand aan het douchen was. Moest in douche blijven staan 😲"

"Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern von 1-13 und hatten eine tolle Zeit, selbst die Anreise mit dem ÖPNV war ganz unproblematisch. An Regentag konnten wir die Sauna genießen und an den anderen Tagen kleine Ausflüge planen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, dass wir einfache Gerichte für uns zaubern konnten und auch das Gasthaus nebenan war eine gute Wahl am Abend."

"We had a real nice holiday in this little cottage. Everything was just as promised and the village of Reit im Winkl was even more fantastic than we dared to dream of. The cottage is located at the end of a silent little road, yet in a walking distant from the village with lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Also, the local golf offers many opportunities in two countries. The welcome was warm and friendly and Hans and Brigitte were taking real good care of us and all our needs. Thank you!"

"Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Kaisergebirge. Es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeiten, der nahegelegene Walchsee war herrlich und warm (22 Grad). Wir werden wiederkommen."

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."
