Bring your own boat or kayaks to launch from our private boat ramp. Guest love the close drive to Santee, SC to 3 golf courses, Santee State Park, eateries and antiques! Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Used Towels and linens by wash machine.
Load dishwasher and turn on or wash all used dishes.
Placed bagged trash in outside black trash cans under car port.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No loud music. Respectful of the few neighbors. Park all vehicles/boats in our driveway. Don’t block the street or neighbor’s driveways.
Extremely dirty or missing towels or linens will result in an extra fee. Please bring your own towels to use outside and in the lake.
No pets are allowed. Unfortunately some people are allergic. Evidence of pet could result in cancellation of stay and/or a $250 extra cleaning fee.
