And the location was great -- close by to groceries and stuff plus super close to downtown and other places we wanted to get to. It was great to have a deck to enjoy the weather too."

"Cozy cabin in very quiet neighborhood just outside of Southwest harbor. Hosts provide great info on local hikes, restaurants, etc. Stairs to upper bedroom are indeed steep as advertised but sleeper sofa on ground level is very comfortable. Outdoor firepit perfect way to finish the day. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved everything about The Inn on Mount Desert. The staffers were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was made to order for us. We could walk to everything in town. We have already made reservations for another visit in a few months. This will be our go-to destination in Bar Harbor from now on."
