"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of outlets for phones etc."

"Room and facilities overall were clean; staff were nice and helpful. We didn’t use amenities so can’t comment on use but from what we saw, it looked fine. The room could use some TLC though. The bathroom had undergone some repairs it seams, to the wallpaper and sink counter, it was not well done, and the lack of long- term detail cleaning i.e., shower door edges, tile floor, carpet seaming, etc, downgrade the room."

"I book a king bed room but did not get that room (2 queens instead). Not a big deal but not what I expected. There was a plumbing problem that evidently affected several rooms including mine. I did not have water in the bathroom when I turned on the faucets in the morning. After a few minutes, the water began to flow but was a dark rusty color that did not clear after several minutes of running the shower and sink faucets. As a result, I was unable to shower or brush my teeth."

"The room was clean, but a member of housekeeping wanted to come and clean the room the morning I was checking out (before I left). Due to a language barrier, she didn't understand that I was leaving an hour later."
