This is a beautiful house located outside the city. It is fully equipped for cooking, two TV’s, comfortable beds, two baths. Decorated to match its history, built in 1890 or thereabouts, it is well heated and also has air conditioning. It is very close to East Aurora which is a sweet village with lots of good restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay at Victoria House! The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect—just a short drive to the Bills stadium. It’s an older house with a lot of charm and character, which made the stay feel unique and comfortable. We’d definitely stay again!

Victorian Charm

Victoria House was spotless with plenty of living space to spread out. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The hostess communicated very well. Check-in and out were simple and convenient off-street parking was available. We would definitely come back.

Pleasant and charming

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a nearby wedding. Joanne, the owner, was friendly and gave clear instructions. The home is very spacious and decorated so sweetly Victorian-style. This is a lower level apartment but is very large, even though it is only two bedrooms. The hosts are right upstairs but not intrusive. I love the neighborhood, super safe and convenient to restaurants and the highway. I’d recommend

Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!

The home's description is just what it says. You have the entire first floor while the host is upstairs. There's a lot of room to roam inside, kitchen, dining, sitting room, living room, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you'd want. They even had coffee available for the coffee maker. Excellent communication before and during the trip. This price point is very good for the space. It's not the modern minimalistic type of home if that's what you're looking for but this is an experience and it feels homey. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. We were in town for a wedding and it worked out perfectly for our family.It was a bonus when we turned on the TV and found that they had so many paid channels e.g. Netflix! That's customer service.
