"Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely."

Hotels.com attempted to help me as much as they could but likely ran into similar issues. They really push communication through their app but since I was having some issues with my Apple ID I wasn’t able to download and use the help which made it impossible for me to get in touch with them. I wanted to stay another night but ended up booking elsewhere...
