"Stayed with my wife, the hotel was ran by one man who was very busy but super friendly and very helpful. He would go above and beyond for us. The hotel itself needs some TLC it's a bit cluttered and untidy. The room was clean and what we needed but the drainage in the shower was really bad."

Highly recommend especially if you are looking to stay near the outdoor ski slope as it’s just across the road, Gloucester quays/town centre just a short drive away. "

"Simple warm Room, Comfortable bed. TV and kettle in the room. We only needed a cheap double room for one night and it was perfect. We will be using again."

"I was kept away by noisy guest in the hall until 1 am. My door (room 138) showed signs of having recently been kicked, the fan was covered in dust, the bed (two single beds jammed together was uncomfortable and there were holes in the wall, very different in appearance to that shown in the photos. The guy at reception was fine, when he was there. Cheap but not that cheap enough at EUR 69.34 for the night. I regret booking this hotel aed but you may have a better experience if you are late night shouting enthusiast with an affinity for grime."

"Very clear instructions for check in. Very clear re: breakfast area which was excellent. Didn't realise there was a fridge and microwave for guest use but maybe I didn't read the description properly! Definitely would stop again, more than adequate for a solo single night stay. "
