Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind ein älteres behindertes Ehepaar und konnten uns im Holzhaisel bestens erholen. "Hotels.com never contacted the hotel about my reservation, but the staff was happy to work with me and get us a room. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, very well equipped. This is a new hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re visiting Ramstein or K-Town. Five stars, would stay again!"
