"This was our first time in Pamplona and didn't know what to expect but we needn't have worried. As soon as we stepped into the hotel our worries were found less. We were greeted by one of the biggest smiles we've ever seen on a receptionist. Check in was seamless and we were also given map of the area, with recommendations. If the entrance to the hotel took our breath away our room left us speechless! It had everything thing we needed and more! It was so big and comfortable, it was a shame we were only staying one night. Every member of staff that we met made us feel so welcome and they were focused on making our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area "

"It is a good place specially if you are travelling through the city and not staying for long. It is located outside the city center, and it’s rather inconvenient if you don’t have a car or can’t get a taxi. The hotel is modern, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The internet is fast, and their breakfast is good. The rooms are small, but I would recommend them for sure."

"Brand new hotel located right next to Yamaguchi Park. Room had a beautiful view of the park. Service staff were professional and helpful. Short car ride to the airport as well. Good for a short stay"
