  • 2 bedrooms bungalow, with 93 m2 de surface, cozy with a lots of space, quiet communal area with swimming pool and beautiful garden with palms. Private parking. Just 1,5 km to the wonderful sand beach Les Deveses". The nearest supermarket is a short distance away, about 500 m, until the "Els Poblets" there is only 1.000 m and the center of Denia is at 7 km away. On the ground floor, there is a living room & dining room with chimney, a fully equipped americain kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a sunny terrace covered, with access direct to the communal garden and the swimming pool. From the living & dinning room a staircase leads to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms, one has balcony and the other one has bathroom with shower. The house is totally furnished and equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves, TV, garden furniture, etcetera.

La casa es perfecta, está situada en Els poblets, muy cerca de Denia. En una urbanización muy tranquila, la casa es muy cómoda, dos habitaciones dobles y amplias y dos baños completos. Aíre acondicionado y lavavajillas. Pequeño jardín y piscina comunitaria. Lo recomiendo para parejas y familias. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Sí volvemos me alojaría aquí.

Bien, si no se aloja más gente en el complejo

Estuvimos muy bien y agusto, son 11 viviendas, y cuando fuimos solamente había 1 más ocupada, con lo que la estancia es agradable. Si hay más gente, dejaría de serlo. Por otro lado, exceptuando una pequeña plaga de hormigas voladoras que se cuelan por la cocina, cumple. Está limpio y aseado.. El mayor pero, nos cobraron sin saberlo, dado que en la web de VRBO no pone nada, un suplemento por llevar 1 mascota (25 €) sorpresa!. Si prefieren cobrarlo y asumir críticas allá ellos. Al menos deben preguntarlo antes. No repetiré.
