Beautiful typical Spanish villa, very well located in a quiet area, 7 km from DENIA, on a flat plot of 500 m2 completely private, sunny, surrounded by 2 terraces with mature garden and swimming pool. The first floor is made up of a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom (bed 150) with balcony and bathroom. On the ground floor, 1 air-conditioned bedroom, bed 180 with the possibility of separating into 2 beds of 90 with bathroom. Living room with fireplace with an insert (winter) opening onto a sunny covered terrace for pleasant breakfast, kitchen with induction hob, microwave and fridge dishwasher opening onto the terrace and very sunny swimming pool, equipped with garden furniture and beds of swimming pool. Outdoor terrace with large gas plancha, outdoor shower. Swimming pool secured by BETHOVEEN barrier for young children, on request.

Fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this villa and would love to return next year. Fabienne & Marc were excellent hosts and quick to respond and rectify any issues. The villa is so well equipped, especially the kitchen, and the plancha is brilliant. The pool area and garden is particularly fabulous! The location is so peaceful and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Superb villa for relaxing holiday

A friend and myself were looking for a quiet week away in the sun and this villa did not disappoint. The property is in excellent condition and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoyed BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or use the bicycles at the villa and head to the sea front where there are more restaurants. Overall a great week

Semana de vacaciones

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en la casa, tiene todas las comodidades, bien la limpieza y muy cómodas las camas. El aire en las habitaciones funciona perfectamente que se agradece, aunque la casa en si no es calurosa. La zona muy tranquila. Y la piscina genial para combinar con la playa. Muy recomendable.

Wunderschöne zwei Wochen

Wir waren zu 4. über zwei Wochen in diesem Haus und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool ist ein Traum, das Haus ist schön aufgeteilt. Der Outdoor Grill ist traumhaft und die Besitzer sind obwohl es Sprachbarrieren gab immer hilfsbereit und zu jeder Uhrzeit für ein offenes Ohr zu haben. Die Lage ist leider etwas entfernt zum Strand, der leider nur aus Steinen besteht. Ein wunderschöner Sandstrand ist nur paar Autominuten entfernt. Kurzum war es eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesen vier Wände.

Me he enamorado de esta casa. Una zona tranquila y en una ubicación inmejorable. Nos alojamos unas amigas durante una semana de teletrabajo por lo que agradecimos la piscina en casa. La casa es muy cómoda y está equipada como si fuera tu propia casa. Todo es muy nuevo y cuidado, tanto la casa como el jardín y la piscina. Los vecinos son muy agradables y nos ayudaron con algunas dudas. Los dueños nos escribieron en varias ocasiones antes de nuestra llegada para concretar algunos servicios. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Espero volver!!!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison où tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi. La piscine est très agréable et ensoleillée. La maison est idéale que ce soit par l'environnement qui est très calme ou son placement qui permet de visiter les environs ou d'aller à la plage à pieds. Quand aux propriétaires, ils sont disponibles et attentionnés. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

nous avons séjourné une semaine dans la maison et avons pu profité du soleil, de la plage, des environs et de la maison! très bien équipée, agréable, spacieuse et superbement rénovée. piscine et terrasse parfaitement adaptées pour déjeuner dehors le matin et le soir. les villes sont à proximité. très bon accueil et séjour, je recommande à 100%! merci encore pour le prêt du lit bébé!

Dieses Haus hat nichts zu Wünschen gelassen. Wunderschönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Gartenanlage und Pool einfach Traumhaft. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter immer nett und zuvorkommend .Schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal in diesem Haus.

Location dans un quartier très calme à proximité de la mer et des commerces. Maison fonctionnelle et couchages excellents. Piscine à 28°C très appréciable en cette période de l'année. à recommander. Plusieurs sites remarquables à visiter aux alentours et dégustations de produits locaux à ne pas manquer. Soirées espagnoles animées et festives agrémentent ce séjour mémorable. Nous y retournerons.

Idyllique

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines merveilleuses dans cette belle maison très propre située dans un quartier très calme et proche de toutes commodités. L'accueil de Marie-Jo en Français est un plus indéniable. Le lit parapluie disponible sur place pour notre bébé nous a permis de voyager plus léger. Les 4 vélos à disposition nous ont également permis de faire de belles balades et le lieu s'y prête. Que dire de la piscine ? Je crois que cela se passe de commentaire... utilisable aussi bien de jour que de nuit, un pur bonheur! Les 2 terrasses vous permettent de vous protéger ou de vous exposer du vent et du soleil. Nous vous conseillons biensure de faire le tour des marchés locaux ! Allez vous promener à Altéa, Calp où vous pourrez manger du poisson dans les restaurants du port, Dénia, Monte Pego et arrêtez vous pour acheter des oranges au petit monsieur sur le bord de la route (juste délicieuses.. .) Si vous avez l'occasion allez à Valencia à la cité des sciences et surtout visitez le plus grand aquarium d'Europe C'est magnifique. Bref n'hésitez plus, foncez !

De bien belles photos qui donnent vraiment envie de partir et à l'arrivée, c'est un vrai coup au coeur !!! Encore plus cocooning que sur les photos, un bien-être immédiat ! Bravo Marc et Fabienne, une villa superbe vraiment bien aménagée et décorée. Une piscine bien agréable à tout moment de la journée. Votre gentillesse, votre sourire se sont imprégnés dans chaque pièce. Un superbe séjour reposant, agréable par de belles visites, la plage à proximité, la voie verte juste à côté , de belles ballades à vélo. MERCI MILLE FOIS les jeunes !!!
