Only 200 m from the beach is this beautiful vacation home, whose pool is nestled in a lawn. An outside staircase leads to the spacious bedroom with bathroom and a large beautiful terrace. Only 150 meters away is a small shopping center with a German bakery and a German butcher shop and restaurants. For those who do not only want to enjoy the beach life, there are many possibilities for hiking in the mountainous hinterland or to discover charming Spanish restaurants by car. For golfers there is the sophisticated golf course Oliva Nova. The perfect place to spend a great vacation.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. La propiedad tiene buena ubicación, pero está un poco vieja, falta Aire Acondicionado, Microonda, Internet, TV en castellano, el refrigerador enfría poco y la barbacoa portátil demasiado pequeña!!!...
