The Space: Beautiful terraced areas near the pool, kidney-shaped pool, outdoor shower, parking space for your car, roof terrace, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 air conditioners hot/cold in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms, electric radiators throughout the house, fireplace cassette for wood in the living room, 2 bathrooms, international SAT TV on the ground floor, WIFI, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, etc. All beds are: 2 x 1,80 m.
Guest Access: We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood: The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Gironets area, in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the beach of Els Poblets. Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous shopping facilities, doctors and various good restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The nearest golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.
Other Things to Note: Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services: - x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person. - x1 pool towel for 10 €/person. - Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. Las camas muy buenas y grandes. El jardín muy bien cuidado, la ubicación es la que esperábamos, necesitas coger coche para ir a una playa de arena; pero como se puede aparcar dentro de la propiedad, no hay ningún problema.
La atención y el trato de Laura se merece un 10!.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen Haus…mit dem Auto schnell am schönen Sandstrand ( Les Deveses), der auch im Juli nicht überfüllt und sehr sauber ist…Denia Stadt etwa 8km entfernt…Agentur sehr freundlich und zuverlässig…wir kommen gerne wieder
Haus, Garten, Pool, Lage sehr gut. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefgühlt, erholsame Wochen für uns!
Den Strom extra zu berechnen hat uns ein wenig gestört, hier sollte man den Gästen - vor allem in der heutigen Zeit - einen sparsamen Umgang mit Energie zutrauen. Auto ist notwendig, vor allem um an den Sandstrand zu gelangen.
