"Probably the worst rental accommodation in 50 years of global travel I have ever stayed in. Your non-refundable policy is entirely inappropriate consider that it was the wrong property. I stayed 3 of 8 nights. I could not take my wife there. In SA under the Consumer Protection Act you would be obliged to refund me for the 4 nights I cancelled.
Your whole system if flawed and unfair. No recommendations from me to use Stayz - quite the contrary"

+ essentially very quiet (depending on the direct neighbor tenants)
+ very nice garden
+ very fast WiFi
+ safe environment
+ a lot of space
+ kitchen has many appliances
+ Sandton City Center was easy and safe to reach on foot
+ very friendly and helpful staff
- some maintenance backlog (e.g. roof, kitchen)
