Did have alot of trouble finding hotel because of road works having closed direct access to hotel and sat navigation couldn't find away. Rang hotel told them the problem and one of the staff came and met us and we followed their diversion to hotel. Woud never have found them. Not their fault.That was fantastic of them. I think meny hotels wouldn't have done that. Top marks for the staff."
