Room was great. Spa was lovely. Only complaint is restricted hours for kids to use the pool. This should have been disclosed upfront.

Holiday Inn Washington by IHG
Rooms a little tired, food at dinner and breakfast was of good standard. Staff all friendly and professional. For the price a good value stay.

Have stayed here a few times as both our boys are at Durham Uni. Lovely but expensive (for us) hotel, usually use Tesco vouchers to keep cost down. Stayed one night during Lumiere. Durham City Cottages
Gorgeous stay at the cottage with my partner,it was incredibly clean,the amenities were superb,will definitely be booking and staying again in the near future for a little escape.

The Old Colliery Stables
The property was ok you get what it says on the Tin Stay was fine people were friendly and someone go to sleep with parking. Lovely location to go for walks had a good stay.
