"Worked out for us. Easy communication, kitchen equipped with needed basics. Plenty of seating, reliable wifi, good outside gathering spaces, nice big property, quiet lake. Well water can take some getting used to, we ended up buying large jugs of spring water for cooking and drinking. Having the only bathroom inside one of the bedrooms could be problematic for some visitors. Cozy."

"The place was very nice and clean, but my room was very very tiny. It would be a okay room for one person but you would not want to put two people in their. Still it was a very friendly place and Shauna who I think is the owner was very helpful. Expedia screwed up my brothers reservation and I had to find him a place at another hotel and Shauna was a big help in accommodating our needs there. I would stay at the canoe on in again if I were by myself. Although I will say Shauna told me that they had much bigger rooms in their other building across the street."
