Beautiful property for families, friends, fishing and enjoying all that Ely has to offer. This peaceful home sits 100 feet from the waters of Shawaga Lake. A private peninsula in town, the home is perfect for enjoying the lake year-round.

The home was recently renovated and features internet, satellite TV, new flooring, new furniture, an updated bathroom, patio, and dock. The lake area has a wide sand beach, dock, kayak, and canoe for use. In the winter, the house is located just around the corner from the snowmobile trail. Life is good.
