"This was one of the loveliest stays we’ve had in ages. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome like we were old friends. Nothing was any trouble and our kids were made to feel like VIPs. The room was beautiful as were the common areas and the garden. With its amazing setting a stone’s throw from the Seine, with a view of the lovely church in Petit Andelys, we would be very happy to return for an extended stay and cannot recommend this enough. "A wonderful tranquil place to stay. The location, house, room and gardens were so lovely. Our hostess was very welcoming and the breakfast was lovely with plenty to eat. Definitely would stay again. One minor niggle was that only tea, coffee and milk were provided in the room on the first night. Normally these would be replenished each day, so we had to go without drinks on our 2nd night. "

"Owners were very nice, property outside was a little run down. Room was cheerful but no AC, they provided a fan. Breakfast was good but a little awkward and ar extra charge. No shower but tub has hose wand, good hot water. Short walk to Monet's house and gardens. Eat early at least by 5pm as all the shops and restaurants close at 6pm except for the hotel a shorr walk away."
