"Very clean Helpful staff"

"Stayed at the beginning of the season so was quite quiet but the weather was good and I had free spots at the beach pool gardens etc some days mainly to myself. Ate at the different spots around the hotel taverna at the beach was great at sunset what a view. Staff super helpful. A few days were a little overcast so I used the spa and massage instead also coukd recommend. Being a lover of Greek food I had plenty of choices at every meal time. "

"Simple yet clean accommodations at a great price with a nice swimming pool and short walk to beach or main shopping/dining strip and bus stop. As long as you don't expect 5-star amenities at 1- to 2-star prices, you should be more than satisfied. "

"Absolutely stunning property with so many different pools, bars, and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the spa was wonderful and very beautiful too. The beach was nice and it was fun to do some stand-up paddle boarding. It was very safe!"

"I had a fantastic stay at Oku. The staff are incredibly hard working and the level of customer service is outstanding. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The private beach is stunning and lots of amenities. Loved the gym and spa and yoga on the beach. HIGHLY recommend "

"My overall experience at the D Andrea Lagoon was very positive. The customer service was amazing and the premises were great. The only down side of the overall stay would be the area around the hotel. This hotel would be for people that are looking to relax, without doing much. The private beach was also under construction, while I was told I could access the beach via de neighbouring hotel, I was not allowed to do that also when I got there. The hotel is far from everything else, the town/ restaurants are at least a 15/20 minutes drive away. Keep in mind that there are no Uber services available, so if you choose not to rent a car, the only way to get around would be by taxi (which can get pretty expensive). The overall hotel experience was very good and I’d definitely recommend it. "

"The staff was incredibly professional, Irini and Anastasia especially made your day by welcoming you as you came and went. The bar staff were so friendly and helpful with coffee and George the morning chef was such a super friendly individual who made sure you enjoyed breakfast. Overall it’s the best experience I had in staying in Kalymnos and I will definitely return soon 😊😊😊"

"Good pool area, good beach (plenty beach chairs for everyone),gym is small but super nice (modern design and new machines - also an area to workout outside), meals in all-inclusive were nice (good variety), best part was the mini buffet by the pool (available 12-6pm) for people like me who just want to eat something for lunch without having to get changed in order to enter the main buffet/restaurant and keep my bikini on whilst eating by the pool. Customer service was ok, not the nicest staff but I think it was also a language barrier/cultural thing. Area around isn’t amazing as there’s nothing to do (we went out for dinner one night to celebrate my friend’s bday and there were barely any restaurants. You can catch a bus right outside the hotel (limited timetable, like every hour or something) and go to the old town which was amazing and plenty things to do there. Animation is good but could do with a bit more variety as it’s the same everyday. Massages at the spa are very overpriced! Overall good hotel!"
