"I had a wonderful stay at OKU Hotel! The service was exceptional, especially during breakfast. A special thanks to Catharina for her excellent and attentive service in the morning. "Good pool area, good beach (plenty beach chairs for everyone),gym is small but super nice (modern design and new machines - also an area to workout outside), meals in all-inclusive were nice (good variety), best part was the mini buffet by the pool (available 12-6pm) for people like me who just want to eat something for lunch without having to get changed in order to enter the main buffet/restaurant and keep my bikini on whilst eating by the pool. Customer service was ok, not the nicest staff but I think it was also a language barrier/cultural thing. Area around isn’t amazing as there’s nothing to do (we went out for dinner one night to celebrate my friend’s bday and there were barely any restaurants. You can catch a bus right outside the hotel (limited timetable, like every hour or something) and go to the old town which was amazing and plenty things to do there. Animation is good but could do with a bit more variety as it’s the same everyday. Massages at the spa are very overpriced! Overall good hotel!"

"Really nice hotel, lots to do, really nice on site restaurants, meat ting had the best burger i have ever had, osteria had a really nice vibe, food and staff were exceptional. Really nice swimming pools, the private beach was really nice with free rings and floats to use, even though a large resort was peaceful and nice loved our stay thank you."

"We had a last minute trip to kalymnos staying at Alkyonis apartments hosted by the lovely Evi who in spite of flight delays kept well In touch with us by email as well as text message. The warmest welcome greeted us on our arrival and Evi's kindness and helpful manner continued all week. The apartments are perfect for a comfortable stay in a beautiful quiet relaxing area of the island. We have loved staying so much that we are already planning our return next year. "We initially booked the hotel based on the amazing reviews online and we want to fully endorse everything that has been said about this fantastic hotel. This is a very special place to stay and well worth making the ferry trip to Kalymnos - the staff go the extra mile with everything and clearly really enjoy their job. The junior suite was gorgeous and had so much space! Really modern and clear attention to detail. The breakfast was perfect each morning, likewise with eating in the restaurant. Also providing regular free water whilst at the pool was so refreshing and it was the little touches which mark this hotel and their staff as very special. Thank you to everyone at kantouni beach - we really hope to be back next year and will be recommending to all friends and family ! Ps make sure to try the cocktails - especially the Tropical ! "
