Great mountain villa (7 parts): skiing, lake and sun !- St André d''EMBRUN
- Villa with 7 rooms (full-comfort, 5 bedrooms for 12 people + complementary bed for a child), quiet (50m above the first public road, uncrowded). Large open space for children. Bright living room with views of the lake & mountains, terrace, barbecue, mini-swing, bowling.
December-April: SKI 15-25mn (Crévoux, les Orres); one of the best sun-shined ski-resort in Europe.
April-December: swimming, sailing on Embrun lake; canyoning on Durance. Counterless walk trails, some starting from our house. High mountains with glaciers 'Les Ecrins' 40mn; wonderful Queyras villages (S Véran etc): 50mn
