"Hotel is clean and comfortable! My kids love the big tub that can enjoy hot springs in room. It locates in mid level so it’s quiet at night. It is around 30 mins away from the airport, but only taxi can reach there, no other public transport available. If you want to go to night market, the closest one is ChongLi 中壢night market, which takes around 20 mins by car. All the hotel staff are very helpful. It is a very enjoyable stay. "

"This Onsen Hotel is absolutely stunning. Our stay was amazing as my wife and I had a very relaxing time during our stay as we took advantage of the common area on-site amazing onsen baths and swimming pool. The Breakfast buffet was very tasty as-well giving you a plethora of options."

"Hospitality of the family is quite impressive. Although they are not always good at speaking japanese, their daughter who works Taiwan Branch of a japanese company kindly helped translation by cellular phone with fluent japanese."
