We got the room from the receptionist. Great place, great location The service we received was courteous and professional. The place is very nice. I would suggest upgrading the rooms a bit. Replace curtains, renovate the bathroom.

Absolutely DIDNT recieve our money worth! Broken shower, old and ruined floor. The reservation was for 2 adults+ 3 kids, including breakfast but the host said they don't serve breakfast!! only after arguing she agreed to refund us 50 NIS for 5 guests!

Staff were great,but felt the advert was misleading.it was 500 metres from sea of galilee but it didn't mention the busy road or the distance from its sister park where pool was.condition of studios were in a sad state ,with really no where to go unless you had a car.
