This beautifully renovated three-bedroom, two-bath condo at the Sound of the Sea complex is a true coastal gem, featuring tasteful and unique decor that makes it a standout. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, with all-new furnishings and finishes throughout. Located in an end unit, this condo offers stunning ocean views from nearly every room. The sleeping arrangements include two king beds and a full-over-queen bunk, perfect for families or groups.

The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, traditional drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Relax in the living room with a 55-inch Smart TV, one of four flat-screen TVs in the condo, or step onto the furnished, covered porch to enjoy sweeping ocean views. With central air and heat, a washer and dryer, and easy access to the beach just one building away, every comfort has been considered.

This first-floor unit, located in the West building with elevator access, includes two designated parking spaces. Other than a little extra water, which is expected after a storm, everything was great. We enjoyed the pool as well as access to the beach. This is our 3rd year at Sounds of the Sea.

Great Condo

This property looks amazing inside. The owners have done a fantastic job of renovating, there are a couple of minor quirks like needing more towel hangers in the bathrooms and the washer dryer didn’t work, but I’d anticipate they iron those out over the next few weeks. Overall we would definitely come back to this unit.

Top notch rental

We have been coming to EI (Sound of the Sea) for years with my extended family. This property exceeded our expectations! We have already planned our return stay. Love the attention to detail in the decor. Only minor recommendations that seem silly to list, but here goes! Towel/bathing suit hooks in Master bath and maybe a little rug in master when you come in from porch. Lovely property! So glad we found it!
