Such a cute little place!

We enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues and the management handled them promptly and was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The view was amazing the walk to the beach was easy. We would stay again!

Great Property

Emerald Isle stay - party of two

Great location to enjoy the beach and local restaurants on Emerald Isle. The unit was comfortable for the two of us and was safe and quiet even though in a large complex. We would definitely consider returning to stay again.

Amazing weekend. Perfect for a family of 4.

This property is located only a short walk from the beach. The ocean views are beautiful and you can hear the ocean from the balcony. The property is very well kept and beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location.

Highly impressed with the condo and the location. It’s a family oriented complex. Will definitely be making reservations for later this year or again next year. Sound of the Sea is the complex we would want to stay at again.

Great location, a basic condo for 2

Great location steps from the beach, was quiet area. Didn't know we needed gate pass, no email on obtaining that so getting in was frustrating. No oven mits, hair dryer, trivet, scissors or screen for slider door. Appliances run loud. Best just for 2 people

Little Gem get away Property

We loved our stay here! It was clean, and had all the comforts of home for a relaxing get away! So close to grocery shopping and restaurants! The best thing is that from the patio/balcony you can hear the ocean and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. We will be back!

Great little vacation!

It was our first beach trip as a family of 5! Three boys 8, 6 and 2! The accommodations were a perfect location and a great place to stay for the whole family. What a great beach access that was quiet and pretty private! We would love to come back in the future!

Good to be home again

We had a home for 20 years on EI which we sold due to parents illness. We loved our stay this week it was like coming home. The condo was wonderful with a beautiful beach view. We got to visit family and friends. We will stay there again. We made wonderful memories. Thank you so much for your kindness

Lovely location

We loved the balocony. I brought my mini griddle and had breakfast out there and we slept on the sofa bed with the door open to hear the ocean. It was a lovely condo with a SHORT walk to the ocean.

Perfect for a small family!

We LOVE Emerald Isle. My husband and I actually got engaged on the beach here. We normally stay at The Islander, but with our 2 under 2 we decided to venture out from the norm so we could enjoy some time alone in the evenings. This little spot did not disappoint. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, has a pool and easy beach access, this is the place to book! We will definitely be back.

Great for a short getaway

We came down for 2 nights. The check in process was seamless. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the building had an elevator which was great for luggage. The view was great and the balcony and living room were both a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem. Another great surprise. Close to shopping and dining and a short walk through the complex to the beach. Would stay again

I loved everything about the place!! Has everthing you need. Great location, nice pool and beach. Living room wonderful made you feel like you are on vacation. Little things were special, Alluminum foil in kitchen who does that!! We will be back

Great getaway to Emerald Isle

This was a well appointed and well laid out condo walking distance to the beach. Bedroom is separated by a closed bathroom and the living room is on the opposite side providing an opportunity to be up while someone else sleeps. Bed was very comfortable and the owner/manager was very reachable. They do not provide beach things so you’ll need to bring those. The only recommendation I’d have for the owner is to have Kleenex in the bathroom and maybe a hair dryer. But otherwise, this is where we will stay when we come back!

Room with a View

My husband and I had a short getaway here with our small children (ages 2 & 5). We arrived in town early with a little one who didn't nap on the drive as planned. The owner was very kind to allow us to check in a bit earlier than scheduled. My children were delighted (as were we) when we walked in to see the view from the living area overlooking the courtyard with the ocean in the background. This little place worked out great for the four of us. The ocean is a short, easy walk and we enjoyed meeting some of our "neighbors". The only thing that would keep us from renting here again is the pull out couch bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable for my husband and I to sleep on. We have stayed in single room places in the past and have slept on couch beds but this one sagged in the middle to a point that I would almost consider it non-functional. We joked about it and tried everything we could think of to make it more bearable. We were only there for three nights but it was difficult and impacted our trip for neither of us to get decent rest during those three nights. I imagine we would have been zombies if we'd stayed there longer due to the poor quality of sleep. I did lay on the bed in the bedroom while reading to my children and that bed seemed comfortable. Overall, it's a nice place to stay and if you don't have to use the couch bed, I'd highly recommend it!

I loved this little place. It looked just like the photos, the community is so nice and very quiet. Had an easy beach access and pool access. I would definitely recommend staying here and I wouldn’t mind to stay here again!

Great location right on the beach and with a nice pool on property. The condo is very nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The only thing I would change or hope would have been a little better is the patio furnishings are simple chairs so not very comfortable at all. It would be nice to be able to comfortably lounge in that space.

Great condo in an excellent location. It's on the first floor, but you do need to take stairs or elevator to get to it. Loved having easy access to the private beach and the two pools. Both pools were nice and never crowded. King-sized bed was very comfortable, but it takes up a lot of space in the bedroom. Luckily the living area has lots of space. Balcony has an assortment of chairs and a couple small tables, rather than the two lounge chairs in the photo. Would definitely stay here again.
