This classic cottage has a spacious open living room with 3 recliners and a large sectional couch, dining area, and cathedral ceiling and clerestory windows. Renovations include new bamboo flooring, ceiling fans throughout, updated furnishings and new mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a crock pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffeepot and blender. 65” Smart TV in the living room and a Smart TV in each bedroom. Hulu + Live TV streaming is provided, as well as WIFI. Open and covered oceanfront deck with rocking chairs and polywood lounge chairs. Unique two-level, elevated dune deck that provides panoramic views of the ocean. Cold outside shower, washer/dryer in ground level utility room, gas grill and picnic table. Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) provided. Starting 2025- beds will be made upon arrival. Pet Friendly with $250.00 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Limit of 2 housebroken dogs of approved breed, 35 lb. max. No Smoking! Rents Saturday to Saturday.
