Oceanfront, Corner , 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo. Surround Ocean Views! Master Bedroom has King bed with recently remodeled spacious private bath and balcony; Bedroom #2 has Queen bed; Bedroom #3 has two twin beds with shared bath and balcony. Full size washer and dryer. High Speed Wireless Internet.
The unit also offers flat screen TV's - 42 inch Samsung in the living and a 26 inch in the master bedroom ( Both are HDMI and PC capable) Flat screen TV'S just added to Bedrooms 2 & 3. 2 DVD/CD players, and a radio/CD player. 2 cabinets full of board games, jigsaw puzzles and cards for family fun. NO SMOKING. No PETS. Rents Sunday to Sunday. LINENS ARE INCLUDED IN PRIME SEASON (JUNE 8-AUGUST 3 WEEKS ONLY- FULL PRICE)
Each bedroom has access to an outdoor deck and the living room and master bedroom have a shared deck with furniture.
The kitchen is very well equipped. Lighted ceiling fans in the living area and master bedroom and the living/dining/kitchen area has ceiling lights throughout.

This area offers a wide, sandy beach that is easily accessible from the outdoor pool deck area and a ramp for handicap access (along with beach carts, strollers and bikes). A roofed lookout deck has been situated on top of the dunes with benches so you can enjoy watching the sunset, sunrise or people on the beach. Don't forget to bring your kites,boogie boards, fishing gear or shelling tools! The complex has 2 outdoor pools along with an indoor pool with a small workout room and sauna, 2 lighted tennis courts, outdoor grills, picnic tables and bike racks are situated throughout the complex, so bring your own or rent bikes right across the street. Emerald Isle offers walking trails and bike paths through out the town for you to enjoy. Nearby is an amusement park with go-carts, water slide and other activities only a short walk away and the Bogue Inlet Pier with the new restaurant Surf's Up is just down the beach. Close by is shopping, restaurants and churches.

Emerald Isle offers a Public Boat Ramp located at Jean Preston Park about mid way the island. (near Chapel By the Sea). There is a play ground and public restroom located there as well. We have multiple kayak launch areas and parks within the city limits, including a Sound front park with dock located on Coast Guard Road. You may also enjoy Surf Fishing all along the 12 mile stretch of our beautiful island. We have a Fishing Gear store and several Convenient Stores offer bait, hooks and other fishing items needed. Don't forget you need a Fishing License to Surf Fish but can enjoy fishing from the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier by purchasing a fishing pass for the day or week.

Check out our new grocery store Publix located beside Emerald Plantation and Snapper's Restaurant (used to be Jordan's Seafood) while here also!

Beach vacation

Our family has been coming to this Emerald Isle condominium resort for over 20 years. It is a great family vacation location. The condo was very comfortable and recently remodeled. Very convenient beach and pool access.

Couldn’t get past the cockroaches

The first night we found a couple cockroaches in the kitchen before we went to bed. The next morning I called the rental manager and they assured me the complex had just sprayed so it was just maybe a couple that were stuck inside bc they couldn’t get back out, or perhaps got in bc someone left a door open and it had been hot and they wanted some water. This would’ve been a more plausible explanation if the place had been cleaner to begin with. In any case they did send someone over to spray the kitchen within the next hour which I appreciated and the person left the can of spray for us in case we saw anymore. Needless to say we did see more. At least one but many times a couple each night. I gave it a few days bc we knew the spray wouldn’t work immediately but on the second to last night we found about four of them. I called that next morning and got a person who “totally understands” how upset I must be and assured me he’d follow up with his manager and have the manager call me back. I’m still waiting on that call. Overall we liked the location and pools but the cockroaches had a significant negative impact on our vacation, including loss of sleep and stress, which is totally unacceptable considering how much we paid for the vacation. I may have given the property management company another chance until they never called me back.

Much needed vacation

The property was as described in the listing and very short/easy walk to the beach. Had some issues with the hot water heater during my stay, but the staff was polite on the phone and quick to respond to the issue. It was a relaxing and enjoyable trip...I would return again.

Great Oceanfront spot!

Love the 2 decks with bedroom access and ocean view! Space is exactly as shown and feels very roomy even with 6 people. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, & cookware. Absolutely everything you need for cooking full meals and baking. Outdoor grill space is plentiful. Very nice ramped boardwalk onto beach allows carts to go without any steps! Very nice rinse area and gazebo by pool. Unit had not been cleaned so I did it myself since we arrived after hours. I would stay again but plan to clean on arrival. Note the mattresses are not high quality so may want to bring a topper if you have back issues.

Easy access to the beach

We had an incredible week at this beautiful condo. There was everything you could want or need. Easy access to stores, restaurants and groceries. The condo was recently renovated and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Bring bikes as the bike path makes for easy access to the town and beyond.

Enjoyed it

We enjoyed our stay very much. The screened-in porch overlooking the ocean was a favorite spot in the evenings. This was a welcome getaway during the pandemic. There were times when the community pool was overcrowded and people were not distancing, so I would avoid it at the moment and find a good spot on the beach.
