Bring the whole family to the "Salty Sealutions" south side townhome just minutes away from everything Emerald Isle has to offer and more importantly just a short walk (less than 8 minutes) from the beach. "Salty Sealutions" was newly remodeled and newly furnished early 2023. You will have everything you need to enjoy a week or just a few days of enjoying the beach life. Featuring an outdoor charcoal grill, hot and cold outside shower, and spacious open family floor plan, it's the perfect space!

~1100 square feet of newly remodeled living space in a convenient location in Emerald Isle. Just a short walk to the beach and located just off the Emerald Isle bike path where you can enjoy a morning walk, job or bike ride.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: Queen | Bedroom 3: Bunk (Single up, Double down, and Single trundle)

Parking 3 cars or 2 SUVs. The driveway is shared with the south side of the duplex. There is additional street parking on the side yard.

No smoking of any kind. Additional cleaning fees apply.

Great house

Good location, near a lot of EI things to do, close to the beach (5-10 minute walk). House was well updated and comfortable. Only issue was with the cleanliness.
