This fully updated condo in a PRIME Emerald Isle location offers large flat screened TV's in every bedroom and Livingroom. , with built in gaming port in 3rd bedroom. You can see the waves from the Living Room, Master Bedroom Suite (with king-size bed,) Dining Table, Kitchen and 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have spacious closets. Kitchen has new granite countertops and cabinets. Condo comes with access to two swimming pools (between Memorial Day and Labor Day,) two tennis courts and a pickle ball court. Walking distance to pier, restaurants, bars, grocery store and walking/bike path. Location, location, location!

EI Condo with Beach/Ocean Views - Beautiful

Enjoyed a few days tween Xmas and New Years at this very clean, updated property. Host Craig provided excellent and clear communication. Checkin and out super easy. Would definitely repeat staying here.

Condo at Emerald Island

Great views in an end unit, with lots of windows and close to the beach. Roomy with 3 bedrooms and open family room, dining room, and kitchen. Pool on site was also a plus and used it daily after a hot day on the beach.

Amazing stay in Emerald Isle

We had a wonderful long weekend at this terrific property! The views were spectacular, the unit was very clean and well appointed, and our host was incredibly accommodating. We hope to come back!

It was our first time to Emerald Isle and we loved every minute. The location of the condo is perfect! Close to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was clean and updated. Our entire family agreed that we would stay here again!! It was so nice to not have to pack towels, sheets, etc. Thank you so much!

Clean and comfortable

Great stay! Condo was clean, beds and all furniture was comfortable. Pool area was clean and beach was wonderful. The check in process was easy. Very close to grocery stores which was also a plus.

Great location

Pros: fantastic views; easy beach access, close to grocery, restaurants and shopping; beautifully decorated, washer and dryer, elevator. Cons: kitchen is tiny; stairs (if you don't want to use the elevator) are dark and dirty; the blankets were stained. Overall we are happy and would rent this property again.

Great Place for Couple or Small Group

The central location to restaurants and shopping are great. The views from almost all windows are also exceptional. Easy beach access is also a huge plus. The only minor drawbacks were the sheets which felt like sandpaper and having to stop somewhere to pick up and drop off the keys. It could be that there isn't a better way to provide access to a gated complex - it's just slightly inconvenient. Having said that, the key pick up and drop off were on the way into the island and only added a minute or two to the process.

Great apartment on Emerald Isle

Loved staying here - clean, modern and well equipped - including premium cable in lounge and all bedrooms. Also a Keurig machine as well as a traditional coffee maker There’s two tennis courts and two pools too Craig was a great host - texting to check all was ok Hope to stay again Fully recommend

Quick stay for a weekend wedding. Used Craig’s place back in the fall. Reached out for this trip & he was very accommodating. Great location. Easy process. New Years Eve in Emerald Isle

It was a great little property with a view of the sunrises and sunsets. There is another building across from this one between it and the beach. If you are looking for unobstructed views of the beach, this one is probably not for you. Owner was great with responding and communication. Lots of places to walk to for food and shops.

Great location for a family vacation!

We loved the easy access both to the beach and to the grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants. We loved how clean and wide the beach was. We loved the ability to wash our sandy feet off before returning to the condo. This was a great location to make memories. The only two things that could have made it perfection was cooler pool water temperatures (it was like warm bath water) and better shade available to sit on the deck at the condo for an early morning coffee. We had ample space for our family of 5, so that was great! We will definitely return to the island again oneday!

Family vacation

The unit was very clean and there was plenty of towels and wash cloths which was nice since that's usually not the case anymore. The owner kept me informed of any changes when and even let me know of events that were happening nearby. The view of the ocean could be seen from almost every window, which loved!! We were very pleased with our experience!!

Beautiful

This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and will not be the last! The condo was beautiful and clean. Since it was our first time I had a lot of questions. Craig answered everyone promptly and offered recommendations. We got there a little early and he was kind enough to let us in a little earlier. We had plenty of space in the unit. It was all quiet which was nice since we traveled with little ones!

Great location condo was nice. I’ll be honest the building is showing it’s age the hand rail on the deck should be inspected by someone the mounting hardware have all deteriorated to the point the heads are gone off the bolts it would be a tragedy to have someone lean against that and have it break loose and fall 4 floors . Perfect getaway

Excellent property. Gated community with roving security. Two easy access points to beach with boardwalk and spray-off site at sidewalks. Excellent sized swimming pool with bathhouse that was very clean. Condo is near elevator and stairwell. Very clean and well furnished and equipped. Very comfortable stay. Nice sized rooms, dining table perfect for family games. Excellent relaxing views! Good location in town for short travels to local sites and restaurants, such as the Fish Hut. The towns Emerald Isle Woods Park has a fun 9-hole disc golf course. Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are short travels. Craig is an excellent host who cares about guests having an enjoyable stay.

Heaven

I know this condo is called almost heaven, but it was pretty close to heaven! The condo was the most well stocked I’ve ever been to. The beach is literally out the front door. You can see the beach from multiple windows. I have had to message Craig about a few things before we arrived and he got back immediately. He also helped us find a car repair facility in the area. The location is perfect for everything! My only complaint is we had to leave! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful views and perfect location

The location and views are amazing!! The beach is perfect. The beach access is so close and equipped with showers and a hose. The beach was never overcrowded the whole week, even being middle of July. We were very impressed with how well stocked kitchen appliances/pots/pans/cooking utensils were. There are plenty of bath linens provided which was really nice to have extra. The checkin/checkout process was easy as could be. The master bathroom was very nice but the second bathroom could use some updating or renovating. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. We would definitely return in the future.

Great vacation spot

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owner was great to work with - proactive and responsive. The management company was available and helpful. There are beautiful views of the beach in both directions from the condo, though there is another condo building in front of this one that blocks a full unobstructed view. Having an elevator was great. It might be important to some to know that the staircase to access the beach does have quite a few steps. The beach access was otherwise great with lots of available space and quick access back to the condo. Great value overall. Close access to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and activities.

New Tradition

The host was easy to communicate with and helpful dealing with various arrival times. The view for not being oceanfront was generous. Just enough shops for those who must shop. The grocery and liquor stores convenient. The linens were missing for the Master Suite and after calling the office they were delivered within 2 hours. The kitchen is well equipped. There are loads of dishes and I can't think of any cooking utensil it didn't have. We prepared an entire traditional Thanksgiving meal in it. I came prepared with potato peelers, large pot, colander, measuring spoons, etc. One bed was missing linens. I called the management office and explained the situation and they were delivered within 2 hours And it was THANKSGIVING.

Great choice and perfect location!

The 6 story sound of sea building was very well maintained and glad to have an elevator. Bring a wagon for groceries or luggage. Directions on grounds are lacking for building and room locations, trash disposal and pool area, but with some adventuring it’s easy to figure out. Gated entrance gives a nice sense of security. Unit was very well appointed and accommodating. The view off balcony and throughout the unit and the sound of the ocean are reason enough to return. All furnishings were comfortable and updated. The ac in the unit was PERFECT, many places can have spotty working units. Overall the unit was very clean except the floors needed a little more attention. Working with the host was exceptionally easy and pleasant. Thank you tremendously for leaving 2 beach chairs! Kitchen was well stocked and clean especially having dish soap and hand soap! It would be nice to have garbage bags though, local grocery store only had large quantities to select from. Defibately would like to book again!
