213 West Sound of the Sea - Summer Breeze is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Almost Oceanfront condo that boasts fabulous surrounding views. Enjoy the beautiful views from the Living Area with access to the covered deck with deck furniture.

The Living Area has a TV. The Kitchen/Bar Area is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, and blender for your convenience.

The Bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV.

Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront condominium complex within walking distance to everything! Two outdoor swimming pools (closed off-season), clubhouse & tennis courts. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. Gated community. Elevators from ground level. Sorry, no pets. Wireless Internet Access Provided!

Additional Amenities: High-Speed Wireless Internet; 2 TVs, Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Interior Washer/Dryer; Community Access to Pools, Basketball and Tennis Courts, Park-Style Grills, Outdoor Showers, Walkway to Beach.

Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made! (Weekly stays only)

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly Stays available during the Off Season and Last Minute with a 2-night minimum stay.

No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 1 Gate Card and 1 Parking Pass (1 car max). Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The small complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Peaceful beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo as we love Emerald Isle and have previously stayed at another condo in the same building. This condo is cozy but plenty of room for a couple, has great ocean views, and even a record player to enjoy your stay. We would highly recommend it and will probably be booking at this location again. :-)
