"We had the best long weekend at the Blue Marlin with our group of friends and their families! The location is amazing with direct beach access and really close to the grocery stores! The house is in great condition, has tons of great outdoor space, beautiful living spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen. The kids (all under 7) had a blast as did the adults. "The place was clean and looked just as the pictures suggested. It's only a short (and pleasant) walk to the beach. I had a few questions, and the property manager was more than helpful. We did have a mix-up with not having a parking pass, but the time of year I stayed meant that it really didn't make much of a difference. I hope a backup parking pass isn't tough to acquire in the future."

"This place was perfect for our five year old son’s first trip to the beach! There was plenty of room for four adults and one child and our two dogs. Loved the quieter location on this end of the beach. Enjoyed watching the waves on the deck daily with the dogs and loved the gated feature so they were always secure out there with us. We so very much enjoyed the peaceful, private location on the sound from the many decks with comfortable rocking and lounge chairs while listening to the surround sound music as if we were the only ones on the entire island. "This property is wonderful. A short 2-3 min walk to the private access beach . We went at the close of winter /early spring and the weather was still cold for beach. There were a few small aspects that can be improved 1. The towels provided were too small . 2. The cleaning supplies such as additional trash bags / Dish soap / Paper towels / Laundry Tabs / Bath tissues were very limited to non existent (Dishwasher detergent was available).
