"Property is exactly as shown in photos. Fauna is kind and responsive. The resort has convenient access to slopes via lift or shuttle to/from the village. We did not need to use the kitchen as my kids ordered room service breakfast every morning, and we ate dinner at resort restaurants every night. I hope to return during summer in the future and will definitely rent from Fauna. Thanks for everything!!!"

"Great old school Tahoe lodge within a short 3-5min walk to the base of Palisades. The rooms are well set up and cozy with a separate living room with a kitchen. It’s an older property but clean and a great location. "

We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and helpful communications from the host. We loved that we could park our car right in front of the unit which made unloading the car so easy. "We loved this suite on the 4th floor right next to the forest of pine trees. Watching the snow storm through the bay window looking out onto the forest felt like we were inside a snow globe. My 7year old daughter and I laid in front of the fire and watched the snow falling outside and it was magical. I will cherish that memory forever. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely book this suite again in the future."

"We were three adult family members staying for 5 nights. The condo was very clean, plenty of supplies including K-cups. The beds were more comfortable than home! The location is sooo walkable, from grocery store, to friendly bars and restaurants. We got to enjoy the Thursday Farm market, and a Car Show on Saturday. Availability of our host was immediate, answering on the first ring. If you ever have the pleasure of staying in Grass Valley, you will noy be disappointed with Cozy Condo Thank you...

"We had a lovely stay here for a few days of late spring skiing. The location was very convenient to the lifts as well as amenities of the village. The condo was reasonably clean, though we did find a number of kitchen implements (plates/bowls, pans, utensils) that still had food stuck on from previous guests. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. Overall we found this place to be just as advertised and met our expectations, and would stay here again."
