Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! We did get married while we were visiting Montana and this house was PERFECT. We absolutely loved watching the sunrises and sunsets through all the windows and were for perfect animal watching too. The landscape surrounding the house is beautiful, our pictures turned out amazing! We can’t wait to visit again!

What a view! This is what you picture when you think of Montana. The home is beautiful and spacious. Large windows give panoramic views throughout the house. We visited in the winter and the cozy fireplace works great to keep everyone warm in the cold. Plenty of space for a large family. We used the fully equipped kitchen and propane grill on the porch to cook almost all our meals. The kids loved watching the bunnies run around outside. We frequently spotted deer on the property. The home right on the Yellowstone River. Close access to YNP and lots of nearby lakes and rivers to explore. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Osprey Acres is a great property with an amazing location. I loved sipping coffee on the deck watching the sun rise over the mountains. While the river is fast, we were able to pull several trout out of the slower areas. Kids loved exploring the expansive property and watching the deer. Easy access to Yellowstone and Livingston. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and communication was great. The house has wonderful views with large windows in every room. It is not far from the entrance to Yellowstone which was nice. Fishing was not great at the house due to drop into the river but there were places nearby to go. It was a wonderful week for our first trip to Yelllwstone!

We are already checking dates for a winter get-away and we wouldn't even think to stay anywhere else. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Osprey acres was perfect! The weather was warmer than usual, so we got to spend much more time outside enjoying nature. We also tried more of the local restaurants than on our last trip. We enjoyed The Old Saloon and The Outpost. The house is equipped with everything needed to make life easy. The views are stunning and can be seen from every angle! This is our second stay here, and we are looking forward to returning for another visit! I would highly recommend this place. In fact, based on pictures I posted of our trip, 2 friends have already asked for rental details! It is a little further out from access to the Park, but we love the privacy and serenity.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Osprey Acres is a wonderful, comfortable home with a stunning view! Everything was provided to make this feel like our home away from home. We grilled out and enjoyed the spacious deck. It was an easy drive into Yellowstone National Park, and we made the trip about 4 times. There were deer and lots of birds to entertain us in the evenings. All in all, we couldn’t think of anything that would have made the house and location any better, except for the flooding, which was a once-in-a-hundred year flood.

We used this as a home base for our Yellowstone trip. The property was exactly as described/pictured in a remote town with beautiful views and was exceptionally well stocked with the basics (laundry soap/dish soap/TP/tissues/shampoo/etc.). While a home based in West Yellowstone may have meant less driving time to visit all the park highlights we were very please with our choice. It may seem like a small thing but having great washer and dryer for a family that likes to pack light was a super pleasant surprise! The beds and pillows were all very comfortable too. We had an issue with the front door code midway through our stay and the management company responded to my text within minutes. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone seeking a beautiful, comfortable and quiet location!

We loved everything about this rental. We spent a lot of time at the house and spent about 3 days visiting Yellow Stone. The house was well equipped with more then we expected. Being from almost as far South in Louisiana as you can go this was a whole new world to us. We flew into Bozeman and stopped at the Walmart there for groceries on our way to the house. There isn't a lot to do right near the house but its perfect if your looking for a quiet vacation. We did eat at the Old Saloon and Follow Yer' Nose BBQ, both were very good. We had 6 deer visit us every evening in the front yard and a baby rabbit living under the house who came out several time a day. My dad said he was on a wildlife adventure, he loves to hunt. We would defiantly stay here again, oh and we had a photographer who came out to the house and took Great Family Pictures. Thank you so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property for the last 10 years or so. There have been some changes , some good, some not so. The new bunk beds great for the youngsters. The removal of the small round breakfast table with a view of the Yellowstone River is confusing. Replaced with an easy chair facing the room. Didn't make sense to us.We also could not understand why there were no garage door openers. The previous owners always had them available. We came home late one night in a driving rain and had to get soaked to use the key pad to enter the house. Also when returning from fishing it's easier to take off our waders in the garage. Why the openers were not provide is unclear. to us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are all about the views and Osprey Acres lives up to it's glorious setting. As a photographer for a living for 46 years I look for the properties location & views when we are on my photo road trips. This was a super private setting on 21 acres with views in every direction. The proximity to Yellowstone was great, as it is away from the crowds yet close enough for my early morning adventures into the park. My wife was happy as can be just chilling in the master bedroom chair, watching the river & wildlife. The home was very comfortable & had the amenities we needed. The king bed in the master was heavenly & with all of the windows it brought nature in. We live in a beautiful red rock setting in southern Utah now with 360 views. Prior to that we lived for 12 years on 2 1/2 acres of north shore heaven in Kauai...and before that on 4 acres in the Sierras (Mammoth). So we know all about views and settings! I also chose this property due to the proximity to Chico Hot Springs for the fine dining, which is incredible! We also enjoyed the Wild Flour Bakery & Cafe in Emigrant . Loved being in this setting and would definitely rent this home again! Aloha- Brad

Our stay was magical. One day we just stayed in the house and enjoyed the panoramic views from all the floor to ceiling windows. They house had everything we could have needed and the beds/bedding were better than home (I now want the mattress from the master). We had deer and elk in the yard as well as a bald Eagle perched near by. The location was close to Yellowstone and only 45 mins from Bozeman, but still so secluded for that magical winter wonderland experience with breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent one day just driving around the surrounding area seeing all the wildlife. We can’t wait to go back.

Reviewer Comments: This place is amazing! Clean, great location, well stocked, beautiful & quiet setting. Our neighbors were the deer that would lay outside of our windows in the morning. The fishing was fun right out the door. Yellowstone is a half hour drive away south and Livingston is a half hour north. It was hard to want to leave the house it was so nice. The rental company was great and answered all our questions immediately.

A well-appointed house on the banks of the Yellowstone River, eagles and ospreys soaring over, a mule deer family cruising through the yard 1-2 times daily, Emigrant Peak rising above. Great glass windows bring the expansive views of River and mountains inside! Kitchen one of the best equipped and supplied that we’ve found, beds quite comfy. Location perfect for easy access to Rt. 89 and for reaching Yellowstone NP, Livingston, even Bozeman, while proving rural peace. Five Star!

This home is fantastic! It was impeccably clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The cozy robes were a nice bonus and the kids enjoyed the toys and games. We caught dinner out back from the river and saw lots of wildlife on the property. We have stayed at many homes throughout Paradise Valley and this one is by far the overall best!

Our family of four stayed here for a week. It was absolutely fabulous. Right on the Yellowstone River, deer in the yard, eagles flying up and down the river, river otters swimming by. It's about 25 minutes to the north entrance of Yellowstone but the drive is super scenic and takes no time at all. The house was well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again.
