"My second visit to the hotel in two years. It's in a great position for watching the movements in the marina (def recommend a premium room with sea view). So clean with e everything you need. I can't comment on food as I always eat out and for that I can highly recommend places in Santa Catalina behind the hotel, or the short 20 walk to the old town. Bus line number picks up from just behind the hotel (5 min walk) for a nice trip to Cala Major or Ses Illetes. Overall I highly recommend and will be back soon. "

"The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves.
