"Parking was free and there was plenty. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The staff member who checked me in was excellent and he was super kind and helpful! My only complaint is that I requested to have my linens changed, but they did not change the linens. They did offer to move my room, but I just requested for fresh linens and changed them myself. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was limited, but it was free and tasty. All in all I would stay here again."

"We planned our stay back to the general area that we used to live to visit with family. We remembered this hotel and the location as being what appeared to be a nice, well kept hotel. Unfortunately, it's not anywhere close to what we expected. The room clearly hasn't been cleaned after a long term renter or used in a long time. Either way the floors hadn't been swept or mopped. We realized before we checked out early than planned that there appeared to be dried urine (hopefully animal and not human?)just under the end of the bed. The sheets and bed covers were very worn, thin, stained and smelled of a mixture of wet dog and human body odor. The pillows were very worn, sweat stained and smelled of human body odor. This is a pet-friendly hotel but we didn't reserve a pet-friendly room so, wasn't expecting any of what we found. In addition, my husband saw a dead roach right outside the bathroom! The clientele this hotel serves is traveling blue collar working men and women which the ones we encountered were very polite and courteous people. Some of the other guests were walking around the main front desk areas and public use designed areas in skimpy gowns, bonnets and house shoes. None of the staff seemed to think it was out of the ordinary and didn't say anything to anyone. We left the hotel after complaining to the manager, desk staff, housekeeper and hotels.com. We'll never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. "

"We traveled back to the area where we used to live for a family visit. The room was a good size, clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were able to sleep reasonably well as it was fairly quiet. I'd say one of the best hotels as far as noise is concerned. It's free parking, situated in close proximity to the hotel and is adequate for the size of the hotel. The only complaint we had was the breakfast. It's supposed to be a hot breakfast but, the only item that's hot is if you make it yourself like waffles in the provided waffle iron, and oatmeal in the microwave. The omelettes (cheese and not sure what the second was)and breakfast sandwich (1 variety) was wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator that you had to heat in the microwave. In addition, the refrigerator was a small dorm room type and didn't hold much so, food ran out several times as people were coming down to breakfast. There were no utensils that I was able to find. The breakfast room itself was clean and a decent size, again for the size of the hotel. Overall, I gave our stay a good rating, but would have rated it higher if not for the breakfast. The manager needs to go continental or actually commit and do a proper hot breakfast in appropriate warming steam trays, etc. "

"Property was under construction (hopefully for renovation). Material was piled up around the building and the building had many signs of disrepair. "

"The airport shuttle was easy to use even if you arrive super late. Call upon arrival. Location to RIT is not bad, short uber. Our room felt musty and smelled full of cleaning chemicals. We ended up airing out the room and running the fans. I would not recommend if you an afford a few extra $. "

"Brought my fiancé and my mom for Mother’s Day. My mom insisted on a hotel with a jacuzzi. We all had a great time! We will be back. "

"Our towels were damp, but the hotel gave us fresh clean towels with no problem. Did advise that bathroom could have been cleaner. But over all they were good."
