"I was in a double room overlooking the Rhein, with a balcony, though if leaving the door to the balcony open it did get a little noisy, though I probably wouldn't have noticed it had I not been travelling solo. There was a small fridge in the room suitable for cooling drinks, storing medication etc. There was no kettle, though to be fair I didn't ask for one either - so they may be available? Housekeeping undertaken on a daily basis.
The hotel entrance is directly opposite the kiosk for the Lorely Line - short river trips, with some commentary in German, English and Chinese (on the trip I took). A typical buffet breakfast available. All of the staff I had contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the station - around half a mile - took me 10 minutes (in either direction) with a significant lung complaint reducing my stamina."
