    The entire villa is exclusively yours, including all living and sleeping areas, the spacious terrace with whirlpool, panoramic natural swimming pond, outdoor lounge and the Private Spa. A private garage with an electric vehicle charging station is also included.

    The Private Spa features a whirlpool, panoramic natural swimming pond, infrared cabin with Marine Air Therapy System, and a fitness room with lake views—perfect for relaxing after hiking, skiing or exploring the region.

    A fully equipped modern kitchen, a library with a dedicated workspace, two ground-floor bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and three upstairs bedrooms with a spacious shared bathroom provide comfort for families and groups.

    The historic Camino de Santiago and scenic hiking trails pass right outside the front door, leading to the Holy Cross Chapel, the spectacular Risleten Gorge with its waterfall, and 80-million-year-old dinosaur tracks.
