"We paid for this property and we didn't stay as it was really unfit for a holiday letting. Dirty,smelly,unkempt, poor location. Dangerous road for getting in and out of. We had to look for alyernative accommodation. We would like to have my money refunded in full. Thank you."

To their credit they gave me a room in the main house which was very nice. It was technically an up-grade and there was no charge. "Welcome was warm and friendly. Had a lovely Irish meal at the pub before it closed on Sunday night. Beautiful room and new bathroom. Didn’t like the stairs for luggage. The room got warm and no fan worked. It did get noisy after misowith drunks and the traffic light noise. "
