Our family spent a wonderful day swimming, playing deck games, petting their sweet goats, eating s'mores and simply enjoying the very peaceful and beautiful area around our cabin. The cabin was so delightfully welcoming and comfortable. Randy and Cheryl's hospitality is outstanding!"

"SHHHHHH! Don't tell anyone about this cool little place near Alba, Golden....and lake Fork. Conveniently nestled behind a church off hwy 69 between a pond and cow pasture. Closer to Alba, Golden than either best western and MUCH cleaner than a "fish camp". HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!***** but don't*****SHHHHHH."

"Inside the house was very nice, I would prefer a larger dining table with more comfortable chairs. The back yard needed to be mowed around outdoor furniture so could have enjoyed it. We will keep it in mind when we come back to Texas"

"Great place for a couples retreat. Forest out back is fun to explore if you have the right shoes for it. Busy wildlife outside at night which was kind of exciting. Finishes inside were everything you could ask for. Would visit again, preferably in the colder months."

"We were in town for a wedding about 30 minutes away. This was a cute little place that allowed us to get ready before the wedding and stay after the wedding and sleep in. The MRCOOL kept the place perfectly cold! The mattress was great! We loved being able to have our morning coffee out in swings looking out over the beautiful view. We live on a farm so we were right at home with the outside sounds putting us to sleep! Tub and sink are super cute but not made for short people! lol! I managed...
