All the apartments are completely new, and are located just a few steps from the train station and the historic town center of Empoli.
They are easily accessible both via public transport, or by car.

WINTER is a two-room apartment (over 50 sqm) with an independent entrance; it was fully renovated in 2015 with high-quality fittings. It is very bright, and located on the ground floor of the building - which was also fully renovated.
It consists of a wide open space, with a large, well-equipped kitchen, offering all the comforts you need (stovetop, electric oven, extractor fan, chests of drawers with cutlery, and coffee maker) - and a living-room with a comfortable 2-seat sofa bed, an extensible table, a flat-screen television. A large window provides this area of the house with natural light. Further on, you will enter the hall leading to a bathroom with shower, and a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe.

The apartment can host up to 4 people.

The apartment's modern furniture was chosen with great care and taste; every room is lit by LED lamps.

Fully air-conditioned, it is equipped with an independent heating system, excellent Wi-Fi connection, and a SMART LED television set.
