Rooms and ambience was dirty. you can hear water running in the next room. If you are looking for a restful place , its not. Good place to lay down for few hours and move on. just go in with no expectations.

WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Kansas City - Overland Pk
Very clean, affordable, service was great. Wish gym was open but under construction. Dishwasher did not work but they also were not aware. Overall a really nice stay.
