"I like the attention received by the staff as they were very helpful and kind. I want to mention that Edwin from the hotel restaurant was extremely friendly. The food offered at the restaurant that is part of the hotel was excellent and very varied. I also like that the hotel is across from the Guayaquil Cathedral and Iguana Park. The hotel is attached next to a mall so you even have stores that you can shop at."

"This was not our best experience after numerous stays this was pretty much the worst. The room had a very strong musky smell that required deodorization, we were without hot water most of the time. In fairness, they wanted to move us to another room but after a long trip we had no energy to move again. The staff is always great and accommodating , yet the last few stays have disappointed us somewhat. Rooms are starting to show some real wear and tear, repairs would be appreciated."

"Lo positivo: El departamento en Santana Lofts cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada, es amplio, luminoso y tiene una vista espectacular. La seguridad y la atención del personal del edificio son de primera. Agradecemos el desayuno de cortesía el día del check-out.Lo negativo: Lamentablemente, la experiencia no fue de lujo.Limpieza y suministros: La limpieza fue deficiente. No tuvimos toallas ni cobijas suficientes durante los 6 días; las toallas nuevas llegaron apenas el día de la salida. Falta vajilla básica y utensilios esenciales como una licuadora.Mantenimiento: Los vidrios no aislan el ruido exterior, los clósets tienen mal olor y la mesa de centro de vidrio está rota (un peligro de seguridad). La cocina de inducción requiere cambio.Comunicación y Publicidad: Hubo mala coordinación entre el anfitrión y el supervisor. Además, la publicidad es engañosa: se ofrecía acceso a piscina y áreas sociales tras 3 días de estancia, pero nos fue negado el acceso.Falta de previsión: Se resalta que no se consideró el número de personas.Enfoque en seguridad: Se menciona que, dada la situación del país, el confort interno es vital.Sugerencia técnica: Se especifica lo de la olla cangrejera para cocina de inducción."

"Amazing stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and feels truly luxurious. .The location made everything even better. There’s a great market, pharmacy, and excellent restaurants just steps away. It made the whole stay very convenient, and I didn’t need to go anywhere else. Highly recommend."

"I wanted to post this review to help others avoid the same problem i had. The host asked me to stay in another suit because something happened with the water in the one I reserved. The host were traveling and didn't have phone signal all the time. When I arrived, the room werent clean. The bed was dirty, and restroom towels were old like they washed them 10 times. You cant get food deliverys to the room unless the owner. Can't have visitors unless the owner send a email to the administrator ahead of time and get approved. To use the room parking spot have to pay $10 every day . Also didn't have access to the pool or playground because the information wasn't sent to the administrator of the building correctly. In this property, if you are not the owner, they treat you really badly and disrespectful. Something she didn't post is that you have to reserve 15 days or more to have access to the pool and kids playground. On Mondays, you can't use the pool because they have to clean it. The whole day cleaning the pool( i guess). Also, the pool is cold all the time. Something else that bothers me was that they only had one toilet paper, and it was half used . After texting the host , I had to wait for her to send somebody with another toilet paper ( only 1 more lol ). Bathroom 23rdand kitchen carpets were dirty. I lost one of the 6 days on my vacations, waiting for the host to fix the problem, and the room she gave me at the beginning was cheap and uncomfortable. "
