Old rooms, dated amenities.

We stayed in a very strange cheetah themed room. The floors had seen some flooding and were damaged, there were cockroaches and a spider was crawling on my pillow. Clearly this room and hotel weren't in good condition. On top of that, the breakfast was very meagre. Service was good because they did try to find us an alternative room but to no avail unfortunately because all the rooms had problems. This hotel is really dated and needs a full refresh. I would never stay here.

Probably one of the best hotels in town with a great view from the rooftop pool. Decent breakfast and rooms, super bad internet. Entrance of the hotel is placed inside the roof of a gaz station, a bit weird area.

Once fancy hotel needs maintenance

Staff and breakfast were excellent but the condition of the room left much to be desired. This place needs some maintenance. Lots of repair needed to floors, furniture, and stained walls within the room. Room was spacious and wifi was fast. The pool could also use some maintenance/cleaning.

El Excelente trato y la amabilidad de Nancy siempre predispuesta ayudar o a tratar de evacuar nuestras dudas y siempre dandonos un consejo acertado para que nuestra estadía y vacaciones la disfutemos al maximo. siempre con una sonrisa y muy Respetuosas . Lo mismo Rosa la señora que atiende en el Restaurante del hotel y en el desayuno siempre dispuesta a colaborar en hacer nuestra estadia mas placentera. El Desayuno Excelente no falta nada todo muy rico y abundante digno de los mejores Hoteles del mundo. Las Habitaciones muy limpias y cuando uno salía de compras volvias y ya estaba de nuevo todo arreglado y limpio como cuando llegamos al hotel. Hermosa pi eta, sauna. - Negativo no tiene nada. Lo Super Recomiendo
