"I rent a room with 2 Queen bends and extra space for 3 persons and 1 child is clearly written in my reservation, At arrival they give us a room with 1 Queen bed where we can not stay. They want send us to another two hotels they own (transfer) but they were sold out.
At the end the front desk person offer to us to stay in a room that have two full beds, When we walk in to the room the beds covers were not clean and stained with who knows what. Walls were also impregnated with apparently coffee...

"The bad: It is not worth the price, the place looks deteriorated, specially the paint and is not even a 10 year old Hotel, parking is not completed, there is no elevators in the parking. The good: The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It is a place to stay the nigth if you have too, not for a vacation or Holiday."
