"Everything was great"

"The rooms were big, morning staff was great, there IS breakfast, and it IS close to the beach. However the night staff was terrible and even actively hostile, the amenity fee was a surprise and included different things depending on who you talk to, and pedestrian access was unsafe especially if you have kids or people who struggle with mobility. "

"Every staff member went out of their way to act like a dick. They were absolutely horrid to speak with. Renovations were cheap and lacking. Shower had nowhere to place soaps/shampoo. No coffee maker in unit, which is a very basic minimum to expect in any hotel room. Sheets were stiff and thin, pillows were deflated and sad. But hey, there were like 17 new LED lights installed in random spots around the room so they at least spent money on that. "

"The property is being redone and looks much better . The water pressure is amazing ! That said if you care about your money don’t stay here . They took my deposit . Saw it come out of my account as I showed the very rude desk girl immediately ( she claimed they didn’t get it but gave us the room anyway ) . As of 2 weeks later according to my bank the hotel still hasn’t released my deposit of $125.00 . And extremely rude when I ask about it "

"The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed being able to open the window and let in fresh air. The water in the shower was very hot with good pressure and the towels were clean and soft. The desk clerks were very friendly."
