"When we first got there, the checking in was absolute mess. No order, people pushing to get up to the counter. When there, they ignored you until I had to forcefully say, hey I am here. And the stench in the room was awful. I had a hard time sleeping. I would wake up almost gagging. Out of my 3 weeks in Turkey and Tunisia, this was the most negative situation I had. Now having said that, the place was beautiful and the food was good. So gave it 3 out of 5."

The food was outstanding, especially for an all-inclusive resort. The pools were excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. "We had a wonderful stay at this property in Chott Meriem, the highlight was our unforgettable trip to the formidable Sousse Fort and Masjid. Upon arrival we were greeted by the housekeeper Fatiha, who was always ready to help with anything we needed. The view from the apartment is mesmerising, especially the sunrise over tge sea! It was also a pleasure to meet Ali (the host) and Muhammad and enjoy a cocktail together - thank you so much!"

"Assolutamente impresentabile. invasi dalle formiche e lucertole. molto scadente nei servizi. impossibile farsi una doccia, seri problemi con lo scarico del wc, difficoltoso persino chiudere la porta di casa. nessuna tv. già al momento della prenotazione abbiamo avuto sorprese. tutti i servizi presentati sono risultati a pagamento extra ( wi fi, tv, aria condizionata, pulizie giornaliere) dopo aver coinvolto l'ufficio legale di home away il proprietario aveva offerto servizi gratis per poi...
