Insufficient milk for morning tea/coffee (in all fairness you are not alone with this deficiency). Inadequate explanation when booking as to whether it is BandB or just Bed. If the car park is full (nowhere near enough if all rooms are taken) you have to walk back to the main building car park. Bedroom cold."

"So there is a lot to do nearby, which is great. I don't like how the hotel doesn't have a Lyft and really I didn't know before I booked. I booked it quite last minute and the staff were a little bit hesitant to help out with luggage even though they said to ring for assistance, which is what I did, and it was just really difficult. I had 2 luggages, it was really difficult. Taking them to the room every room you have to go through some stairs so I will not be staying there again. The bathrooms are also really, really tiny. The size of a bathroom Get in the caravan or when you go to a festival?And I just found that quite odd.. however, the hotel was very nice, he decorated and it's clean and it smells nice.So these were some elements , but I don't think I'd be able to stay there again"
