"This is a poor excuse for a Fairmont and it's isolated so you need a vehicle or taxis to go anywhere. Staff who fail do not appear to suffer any consequences. The hotel has three beautiful rooms but none of them were in use. It's really difficult to access the spa so prople with disabilities beware. Our room was the smallest we've ever had a Fairmont and its location was singularly inconvenient. Thee were only two places to eat and nothing nearby. Some staff were wonderful but too many were not. And the hotel is more expensive than better ones nearby. I love Fairmont Hotels but I can't recommend this one"
