The location is good near train station and city center but if your room window is facing the station then you have to close the window all the time to avoid noise. The room is basic, okay clean and okay comfortable but the dark red bed cover don’t look appealing. The shower drain is not just slow running, it’s totally clogged. I only need to count one to five seconds the water...

"Once you figure out the parking it’s very nice. You have to park on the street across from the train tracks or at the square where the Hotel Mantova is. Then you cross under the tracks at the tunnel. Villa is 180 degree turn once you come up stairs. There is a security gate that you will need to ring the bell. After that a key will open. Room fine. "We stayed on this B&B for a couple of night. The B&B is well located like 10-15 min walking to the Arena. It is not a hotel, is a room very clean, spacious and modern in a residential flat. The breakfast is European style. The only but is that they want to know exactly the time of your arrival for check-in like a week in advance. We were traveling by train and that is not always possible to anticipate the arrival tines one week before. "

We would stay ant this hotel again as the staff, service and pool were all excellent but would choose a larger room. It is a great base to explore Soave and even Verona.
